I am overwhelmed with joy to see the Judgment of the Supreme Court of India in NATIONAL INSURANCE CO. LTD. VS. HARSOLIA MOTORS & ORS. Dated 13/04/2023 regarding Consumer Protection Act. Fortunately for me, I appeared/ argued on 16-02-2023 in this case for Respondents and at last won the case at Supreme Court and the Judgment has become as a Landmark Judgment.
